Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management of QMS system implementation.Coordination between IT, Quality, and Regulatory teams
• Management of external vendor.Project planning, task tracking, and scope management
• Oversight of validation stages
• Daily issue resolution and removing obstacles
• Ongoing reporting to relevant stakeholders within the organization

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Information Systems project management – mandatory
• Proven experience in enterprise system implementation – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with QMS or other quality/regulatory systems – strong advantage
• Experience managing vendors and working across multiple interfaces
• Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
• Relevant academic degree – mandatory
• Ability to independently manage complex projects
• Strong coordination, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Practical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
