Mechanical Engineer - 5574

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Development Engineer (5-7 years of experience) to join a leading team in the clean energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical design of cutting-edge, multidisciplinary systems involving flow, energy, and heat transfer. You will lead the development cycle from initial concept and prototyping through to mass production.

Core Responsibilities:

• Full Ownership of Design: Lead conceptual and detailed design of new systems, including concept development and prototyping.
• Transition to Production: Guide products through the full lifecycle, from R&D to serial manufacturing.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct design reviews, support existing systems, and manage ECO processes.
• External Management: Define component requirements and manage subcontractors/suppliers.
• Validation & Testing: Plan, execute, and oversee complex experiments and system demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 5-7 years in mechanical design and multidisciplinary systems.
• Hands-on Approach: Proven experience in development "from the board to the floor."
• Technical Skills: Full proficiency in CAD software (modeling, drafting, assemblies).
• Systemic Understanding: Knowledge of flow systems, energy, and heat transfer.
• Execution: Experience in preparing and managing engineering documentation and knowledge of various manufacturing technologies.
• Language: High proficiency in English.

Advantages:

• Experience with production lines, automation, and PLC controllers.
• Background in Process or Chemical Engineering.
• Prior experience in energy production systems.
