We’re working with an early-stage, VC-backed cybersecurity startup building foundational technology at the intersection of identity, endpoint protection, and AI-driven automation. We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with deep hands-on experience in Python, Pytest, system-level testing, and CI/CD integration.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building automation that truly matters — not just maintaining test suites, but shaping frameworks, improving coverage, increasing release confidence, and working closely with backend, DevOps, and security engineers on a complex, real-world product.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on QA Automation / Test Engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Deep experience with Pytest
• Proven experience building automation for complex multi-component systems
• Hands-on with E2E and integration testing
• Experience combining UI and API/system-level validation in the same flows
• Strong debugging capabilities, especially around flaky and environment-sensitive tests
• CI/CD integration experience, ideally with GitHub Actions

Nice to have:

Experience in cybersecurity products, performance testing, OS-level debugging, distributed systems, cloud environments, observability/reporting tools, and strong test framework design principles.
