Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a high-level digital professional to take a meaningful role in driving growth and increasing lead generation across multiple digital assets.

This role is for someone who understands how to create real growth through SEO, CRO, AI, content, site structure, and rapid experimentation. Someone who thinks in numbers, understands search intent, works seriously with AI tools, and knows how to build new growth opportunities beyond what already exists.

Responsibilities:

Own organic growth and lead generation across multiple digital assets

Lead SEO efforts with a strong focus on results

Conduct keyword research and identify real growth opportunities

Build pages, content, and site structures that generate leads

Continuously improve conversion rates across websites

Use AI tools daily for research, content, optimization, and automation

Work directly with WordPress and Elementor

Identify and develop new lead sources through content, site improvements, and rapid experiments

Lead fast digital improvements, including features, marketing assets, and testing

Work with external vendors when needed and maintain a high execution pace

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in competitive SEO

High level of English

Strong hands-on experience with WordPress

Strong command of SEO tools, including GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog

High proficiency in AI tools for real practical work

Good technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and site structure

Strong business mindset, independence, high pace, and a results-driven attitude

Nice to have:

Experience in CRO

Experience with Local SEO

Ability to make small visual or technical changes independently

Experience creating marketing assets using AI tools

Experience managing multiple digital assets
