Role Overview:

Lead the System and IT Support team with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day operations, stability and availability of hybrid infrastructure across Azure and On-Prem environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the System / Infrastructure team
• Own ongoing operations of enterprise IT infrastructure
• Handle complex incidents and lead RCA processes
• Define work procedures and professional standards for the team
• Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end, from design to production
• Take part in hands-on technical work including installations, configuration and troubleshooting
• Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and systems

Requirements:

• Experience managing a System / Infrastructure team in a mid-sized organization
• Hands-on approach
• Proven experience managing hybrid cloud and On-Prem environments
• Proven experience leading complex infrastructure projects from planning to production
• Experience defining work procedures and professional standards for teams
• Strong ownership, initiative and teamwork skills
