The Web & Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining Alma’s core digital marketing infrastructure, including global website operational maintenance and global marketing automation operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Global Website Operations
· Maintain Alma’s global web infrastructure including WordPress multisite and key corporate web assets.
· Manage ongoing updates and operational maintenance for central web properties and corporate sub-sites.
· Coordinate with web development and hosting vendors regarding updates, malfunctions, security issues and new development requests.
· Monitor website functionality and ensure operational stability of Alma’s global web ecosystem.
Global Marketing Operations
· Manage core global HubSpot & Salesforce operations and ensure stability of the global marketing automation infrastructure.
· Support implementation and maintenance of global automated workflows and lead nurture programs.
· Manage global email templates, campaigns and landing pages used by HQ marketing initiatives.
· Maintain integrations between HubSpot and other marketing platforms to ensure proper lead capture and system functionality.
Marketing Performance Reporting
· Maintain global marketing reporting dashboards and support leadership with key performance visibility.
· Monitor core funnel metrics and marketing campaign performance for global initiatives.
Cross-functional Coordination
· Coordinate with internal teams including Global Marketing, Sales, IT and external vendors to ensure smooth operation of Alma’s digital marketing systems.
· Support troubleshooting of technical issues related to website operations and marketing automation systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, marketing automation, website management.
· 2 + years of experience hands-on experience working with CRM and marketing automation integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce) - must
· 2+ years of experience managing corporate websites, CMS platforms (WordPress), and web development vendors- must
· Experience supporting marketing campaign execution including landing pages, email campaigns and lead capture systems.
· Experience supporting marketing performance reporting and dashboarding (GTM, GA4, GSC, Semrush)- must
· Experience working in global B2B organizations with multiple markets or subsidiaries – advantage.
· Experience in medical device, healthcare, aesthetics, or regulated industries – advantage.
· Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead lifecycle management
· Ability to coordinate with external vendors including development and hosting providers
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
· Fluent English – mandatory
