Technical Product Owner Team Lead

COMBLACK is recruiting a Team Manager to lead a team of Technical Product Owners !

This is an opportunity to take on a cross-functional and impactful role, including professional leadership of Technical Product Owner teams, enhancing delivery capabilities, and driving advanced business and technology platforms in an innovative and dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

• Lead the TPO team and upgrade their expertise in managing platforms and products.
• Manage the overall backlog, resolve technological challenges, and handle complex interfaces.
• Drive cross-tribe technological initiatives and improve delivery capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading complex development projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams or project managers.
• Experience working with critical systems in open environments.
• Experience leading architectural solutions and working with APIs, microservices, and digital platforms.
• Relevant academic degree (Computer Science / Software Engineering / related field).
• Systemic thinking, proactivity, and ability to motivate teams for independent work.

Advantageous:

• Experience with A/B Testing, digital platforms, and leading cross-tribe projects.
