About the Role

The role requires a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in real estate transactions, particularly in complex and urban renewal projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting construction projects and providing high-level legal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Has practical experience of 5 - 20 years in handling real estate transactions.
• Will also welcome applications from attorneys with more or even much more experience.
• Has practical experience in complex transactions (combination, urban renewal, construction services, banking support) and in supporting construction projects - a must.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge in the field of real estate and high-level legal analysis ability.
• Specific experience and specialization in urban renewal projects.
• Large-scale evacuation-construction work on behalf of apartment owners (when we represent them) and/or against apartment owners (when we represent the contracting companies).
