Role Summary

We're looking for a skilled BI Developer to design and maintain our data layer. In this role, you'll translate complex business needs into powerful, actionable insights, collaborating with various teams to deliver solutions that drive informed decision-making. What you’ll do: 

• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective BI solutions.
• Build and manage end-to-end data flows and data enrichment processes.
• Create and maintain dashboards based on best practices, and provide support to users across the organization.
• Monitor and optimize BI systems to ensure peak performance and scalability.
• Provide support to end-users to maximize the value of our BI solutions.
  
  

• At least 4 years of proven experience as a BI Developer.
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline).
• Strong SQL skills.
• At least 2 years of experience with Looker, including hands-on experience with LookML.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
