Core Senior QA automation

What You Will Do

Lead and mentor automation engineers across multiple squads, promoting strong quality engineering practices.

Design, build, and maintain automation infrastructure and testing frameworks used across the organization.

Develop and maintain API and end-to-end automation tests for complex distributed systems.

Work closely with R&D engineers, DevOps, and QA leadership to ensure high system stability and fast feedback in the development lifecycle.

Contribute to automation architecture and testing strategy within the organization.

Build internal tools that improve testing efficiency, debugging capabilities, and developer productivity.

Investigate automation failures, identify root causes, and improve system reliability.

Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, debugging, and test generation.

Participate in initiatives that introduce AI-assisted quality engineering, including intelligent test generation, failure analysis, and automated insights.

What You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience building UI and API automation tests in complex or distributed systems.
• Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as:

• Playwright
• Cypress
• Jest
• Experience developing and maintaining automation infrastructure and test frameworks.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows (Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar).
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to enhance engineering productivity.
• Familiarity with AI-based testing approaches, such as automated test generation, failure analysis, or intelligent automation.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts and how autonomous agents can support development and testing workflows.
• Experience with QA methodologies including writing STP and STD documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
  

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience writing Jenkins pipelines using Groovy.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as K6 or JMeter.
• Experience contributing to engineering productivity tools, developer experience, or internal platforms.
• BSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
