About the Role

As a project manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AI solutions to our clients.

From the discovery phase through analysis and then development, you will manage the professionals involved all the way to successful implementation. You will collaborate with the technical lead, data scientists, data engineers, QA team, and other internal and external resources, as well as (of course) the client personnel and various stakeholders.

Your goal will be to ensure continuous client satisfaction while adhering to project constraints such as time, budget, scope, and quality.

We seek a candidate with a strong AI and software development management background, excellent management and communication skills and assertive approach.

This role offers a dynamic and engaging work environment, perfect for a driven individual looking to make a significant impact. Possibly the position can initially be contractual and can be done mostly remotely (our office is in Tel Aviv).

Key Responsibilities

• Management - Driving plan into actions and success. Creating the necessary conditions for the team to deliver successful solutions.

• Analysis - Lead the comprehensive analysis phase of AI projects.

• Plan Execution - End-to-end project management, from planning to successful implementation. Defining project goals, scope, and milestones, and lead the creation of the full-scale project plan.

• Implementation - Ensuring successful execution of implementation activities. Proactively mitigating implementation risks.

• Problem-Solving and Risk Mng - Proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks, and overcoming technical, functional and organizational challenges.

• Customer Satisfaction - Working closely with the customer personnel to ensure all immediate and long-term needs are met, therefore continuously achieving high satisfaction.

Key Qualities

• Experience: Substantial experience in software development project management, Experience working in a client-facing role.

• Knowledge: Good understanding of AI concepts, foundations and work methods. Experience even if limited with execution of AI projects.

• Leadership: Provide effective leadership, guiding the team to successful project delivery. Establish the desired team norms and culture to foster excellent relations and a fruitful work environment.

• Communication Skills: Maintain high-quality communication with the team and the customer, ensuring understanding and collaboration.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify risks ahead of time and resolving any challenges (technical, organizational, managerial).

• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative technical environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork.
