Telefire, a leading manufacturer of fire detection and building control systems in the Central District, is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to lead and manage all quality processes across the company.

Responsibilities:

Ongoing oversight of quality performance across all company activities, including management of the Quality Inspection Department
Planning and implementing the company’s quality strategy according to relevant standards, while ensuring employee engagement, documentation, and compliance
Handling customer complaints and driving corrective actions
Supplier qualification, failure analysis, and continuous monitoring of supplier quality
Writing, updating, and implementing organizational procedures
Managing regulatory processes with authorities and supporting external quality audits, including ISO, UL, and EN standards
Leading internal audits across the organization
Establishing a risk-monitoring and control system to proactively identify issues
Creating statistical reports for monitoring and improving product quality

Relevant Bachelor's degree – required
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) course
Proven experience leading Quality Assurance activities within an electronic manufacturing environment – must
High-level English proficiency, including technical and professional English
Experience working with computerized systems and ERP tools
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
