Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rehovot for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising team performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records and driving process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Production Management and Operations expertise, with experience in planning, scheduling, and overseeing manufacturing processes
• Team Leadership and Supervisory skills, including the ability to guide, motivate, and manage a diverse team
• Quality Assurance and Problem-Solving skills to ensure product excellence and address operational challenges effectively
• Proficiency in Data-Driven Decision-Making and the use of relevant production management software or tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role is highly advantageous
