The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with direct train access) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Scalable Data Architecture: Designing and implementing high-throughput data pipelines and cloud-native solutions to support real-time workspace analytics.
• Core Backend Engineering: Developing complex, high-performance services using Java, Node.js, and Python.
• Stream Processing: Leveraging Kafka to manage and process massive streams of real-time digital workspace data.
• Production Reliability: Monitoring large-scale production environments and leading the resolution of complex, high-concurrency technical issues.
• Full-Cycle Execution: Taking ownership of features from initial design and testing to cloud deployment and ongoing optimization.
• AI & Innovation: Integrating AI/ML tools to enhance predictive maintenance and automated problem resolution within the platform.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development (Backend/Big Data focus) – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Java and Kafka – Mandatory.
• Multi-language expertise: Proven experience developing with Node.js and Python – Mandatory.
• Cloud-Native Background: Significant experience designing and deploying large-scale systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Production Mastery: Extensive experience in monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting high-availability production environments.
