Electronic Engineer

Role Overview:

• Component-Level Diagnostics: Diagnosing, testing, and repairing returned electronic units at the component level, ensuring full functionality and performance.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving complex electronic faults within production or engineering environments.
• Quality & Standards Compliance: Performing repairs and testing in strict accordance with technical work instructions and global quality standards.
• RMA Process Management: Leading the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) lifecycle, including documentation, reporting, and systematic unit tracking.
• Reporting & Data Entry: Utilizing MS Office and internal reporting tools to document technical findings and maintain accurate repair logs.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience as an Electronics Practical Engineer (Handasai/et) – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in component-level troubleshooting and repair – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with RMA processes – Mandatory.
• Background in production or engineering environments, focusing on high-quality hardware systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting tools.
• Strong technical orientation with an eye for detail and precision.
