Data Engineer

Role Overview:

• Core Data Engineering: Joining a specialized team of 4 experts to design and build mission-critical data systems for the security establishment.
• Large-Scale Pipelines: Developing and optimizing robust Data Pipelines and ETL processes using Python to handle massive, complex datasets.
• Big Data Ecosystem: Architecting high-performance solutions leveraging Spark, Airflow, and Kafka.
• System Reliability: Implementing scalable data architectures using ElasticSearch and advanced SQL methodologies to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborative R&D: Working closely with cyber researchers and security analysts to translate operational needs into high-end technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 2 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer – Mandatory.
• 2 years of deep proficiency in Python development – Mandatory.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in ETL development – Mandatory.
• Proven experience with Spark – Mandatory.
• Strong expertise in SQL and database design.
• Ability to undergo a national security clearance process.
• Experience with Airflow, Kafka, or ElasticSearch – Significant Advantage.
