Your Job
Molex, a Koch company, is now hiring a Recruiter to join our team supporting engineering roles across the business. This role will be based in Israel, near the Haifa area, with the office location currently being finalized. We can offer remote work for talents outside the Haifa area with office visits from time to time.
You will play a critical role in enabling the recruitment organization’s strategic vision by partnering with the business to identify and attract contribution‑motivated talent.
As part of Koch Recruiting, you will join a dynamic team operating within a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. In this role, you will own the full‑lifecycle recruitment process supporting engineering positions across business units within Molex Israel. You will develop recruitment strategies, leverage your sourcing capabilities to cultivate internal and external talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with key business partners to deliver strong hiring outcomes.

What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: partner with hiring supervisors to understand their individual needs and develop effective recruitment strategies; connect with and evaluate external and internal candidates to assess their alignment to job qualifications and our core principles; help facilitate the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract a diverse group of qualified candidates, both internally and outside the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the business: develop relationships with business leaders, hiring supervisors, and business HR partners to understand their key priorities/initiatives and how these impact their short/long-term talent needs; provide hiring supervisors with guidance and best practices throughout the recruitment process; leverage data and market insights to offer well-informed recommendations and influence effective hiring decisions.
- Create a brand-worthy, inclusive experience for all candidates, establishing Koch/Molex as a preferred employer.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies, while providing necessary guidance throughout the selection process.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Full cycle recruiting experience within a corporate and/or agency setting,
- Experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates within various engineering disciplines,
- Experience leveraging various tools/resources to proactively source candidates and compile market insights (i.e., ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, etc.),
- Experience establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders throughout the recruitment process,
- Experience managing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to address unexpected needs,
- Fluency in English.
