Financial Controller

Keshet Digital is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take on a central, independent, and impactful role, with broad responsibility across financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory matters.

This is a dynamic and diverse position combining deep professional work with direct involvement in business activities, influencing processes and supporting organizational decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Work closely with external auditors, including preparing materials, providing ongoing support, and leading audit processes

• Analyze budget vs. actuals on a monthly basis and present insights to relevant stakeholders

• Prepare business plans and conduct financial analyses to support decision-making

• Lead process improvements and efficiency initiatives across financial operations

• Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders, external advisors, and legal teams

• Take part in cross-organizational projects and provide accounting support across various processes

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Israeli GAAP

• Deliver ongoing reporting to the parent company with high accuracy, timeliness, and operational continuity

• Take ownership of Pillar 2, including understanding, implementation, and application of global tax regulations

• Manage local tax matters, including support for tax planning and regulatory impact analysis

• Lead and manage a team

What We’re Looking For?

• 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Controller in a mid-sized organization

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – חובה

• Strong knowledge of IFRS – חובה

• Advanced Excel skills

• Proven team management experience – חובה

• High level of independence, organization, and attention to detail

• Strategic thinking with a broad business perspective

• Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, ownership, and proactivity
