AI Product Manager

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and translating them into data-driven, model-based solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with customers and users, identifying complex business problems, and leading AI solutions end-to-end from ideation to launch and adoption.

Responsibilities

·        Work closely with customers to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities

·        Translate business needs into data-driven and model-based solutions

·        Define AI products, including writing PRDs for models and AI workflows

·        Work closely with R&D and PM teams

·        Design AI-driven user experiences, including handling uncertainty

·        Define and track model success metrics (accuracy, performance, adoption)

·        Analyze model performance and drive continuous improvements

·        Understand model limitations (uncertainty, bias, data quality)

·        Lead product launches and customer adoption

Qualifications

Must have

·        At least 5 years of Product Management experience (preferably SaaS / data products)

·        Experience working with customers and understanding business needs

·        Experience or understanding of data and AI/ML models

·        Experience writing product requirements (PRDs), preferably for AI/model-based systems

·        Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions

·        Understanding of how models work, their limitations, and how to measure performance

·        Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

·        Relevant academic background (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)

Nice to have

·        Experience with LLMs / Generative AI

·        Experience with complex B2B products

·        Familiarity with data pipelines (collection, cleaning, labeling)
