Front Office – Trading Operations

At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. As our platform grows and our services expand, we’re looking for a Front Office professional to join our trading domain.

The Front Office team serves as the primary touchpoint for clients and plays a central role in managing the full lifecycle of trading-related interactions. This position offers a unique combination of client management, product understanding, operational awareness, and hands-on involvement in building new trading capabilities.

You’ll be part of an innovative, pioneering project shaping the next generation of digital trading experiences within the bank.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage ongoing relationships with trading clients, providing professional, accurate, and timely guidance.
• Execute trading instructions and place orders on behalf of clients, handling end‑to‑end trading actions—not only providing support but performing trades for clients.
• Handle operational interfaces with service providers: processing instructions, validations, and checks on behalf of clients.
• Provide expert responses to client inquiries and ensure a high-touch, service-driven experience.
• Support setup processes for new trading features and services.
• Participate in defining requirements, drafting specifications, and performing functional testing for system enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of new procedures, workflows, and operational guidelines.
• Work closely with trading platforms and customer-facing systems.
  
  

• 3–5 years of experience in a trading-related or client-facing role in financial services.
• Background in financial institutions, fintech environments, or capital markets roles.
• Strong familiarity with trading systems, client management tools, or financial platforms.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and digital asset environments.
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-precision setting.
• A process-driven mindset and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
