In this role, you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, leading a dynamic team to optimize collection processes and enhance operational efficiency. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership role – Mandatory.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving collection targets and managing teams effectively.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory (Finance-related degree – Preferred). CPA certification – A Significant Advantage.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Mandatory.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis tools to track and optimize performance metrics.
• Global Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken) with worldwide customers and stakeholders.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of collections regulations and compliance requirements.
