Technological Recruitment & HR Specialist 2060

TSG Group, a leading company in the development of advanced systems for the defense and civilian industries in Israel and worldwide, is looking for a Technological Recruitment & HR Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Identifying candidates through a variety of recruitment channels, including headhunting on LinkedIn.
• Publishing job openings across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
• Screening and filtering candidates according to job requirements.
• Conducting phone interviews and documenting interview summaries.
• Initiating, organizing, and managing employee welfare activities (gifts, events, etc.).
• Updating employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in the SAP system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment.
• Experience in technological recruitment – an advantage.
• Familiarity with the “Adam” recruitment system – an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in employee welfare activities – an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP – an advantage.
