We are looking for a skilled and motivated SOC Analyst (Tier 2) to join a leading organization and take part in handling complex cyber security challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and respond to escalations from Tier 1 analysts
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex security alerts, including cyber incidents, breaches, malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts
• Perform proactive threat hunting to identify low-signature attacks and behavioral anomalies using advanced analytics, event correlation, and MITRE ATT&CK methodologies
• Conduct basic endpoint forensics and network traffic analysis to identify attack vectors and impact scope
• Analyze and optimize detection rules within SIEM/XDR systems to reduce false positives and improve efficiency
• Identify gaps in SOC processes and initiate improvement projects
• Mentor and support Tier 1 analysts

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a SOC Analyst (Tier 1 background or experience in system/network roles – advantage)
• Proven experience in incident investigation, analysis, and response
• Hands-on experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with security systems such as FW, IPS, WAF, XDR/EDR, SIEM
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) and traffic analysis
• Ability to perform basic static and dynamic analysis of suspicious files
• Strong technical writing skills in Hebrew and English
