Modernization Architecture Specialist - JB-630

We are looking for an Modernization Architecture Specialist To lead a project to replace a legacy Core Legacy system handling sensitive medical and financial data, and transform it into a modern ontology-driven system.

The role includes navigating complex technological constraints, matrix management of development teams, and bridging complex government entities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Planning and executing the transition from an outdated monolithic system to a modern, intelligent, data-driven architecture.
• Defining the entities, relationships, and semantics of the organizational content world (Knowledge Graphs / Data Fabric).
• Managing external interfaces, including integrations with external entities
• Integrations between old and new protocols (Legacy Protocols vs Modern APIs).
• Reverse engineering business processes and translating them into technological solutions.
• Leading development teams and creating a shared technological vision.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8-10 years of experience leading large-scale technology programs.
• Proven experience in replacing complex core systems (Legacy Mainframe/Monolith) with modern systems.
• Deep understanding of data models, complex ETL/ELT processes and maintaining Data Integrity during the transition.
• Proven experience working with authorities, financial entities or large public entities.
• Proven experience in Microservices architecture, Event-driven architecture and working in a cloud environment.

Significant advantage

• working with platforms such as Palantir Foundry or building custom solutions based on Graph DB.
• experience working with health ministries or National Insurance and understanding the "language" and technological bureaucracy.
• ability to dive into code or complex SQL queries when necessary.
• PMP/Prince2 or Agile Management at Large (SAFe).
