התפקיד :

אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת הזמנות מנוסה ומערכתי/ת להצטרפות לליבת הפעילות התפעולית של החברה. התפקיד מהווה את החוליה המקשרת הקריטית בין דרישות הלקוח לבין מערך הרכש והייצור הגלובלי שלנו. זהו תפקיד Hands-On באופיו, הדורש אחריות מקצה לקצה, עבודה תחת מנהלת המחלקה ודיוק תפעולי בסביבה רב-תרבותית.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

ניהול מחזור הזמנה מלא: מקבלת דרישה מהלקוח, דרך הכנת הצעות מחיר וקליטת ההזמנה, ועד לאספקה הסופית.

ניהול רכש ו-Expediting: הוצאת הזמנות רכש מול ספקים ויצרנים בארץ ובחו"ל (סין, מזרח אירופה), כולל מעקב הדוק אחר מועדי אספקה ופתרון בעיות בזמן אמת.

קשרי לקוחות ושותפים: תיאום יומיומי מול לקוחות (עדכוני סטטוס ולו"ז) ומול שותפי ייצור ומפעלים בחו"ל.

בקרה ותפעול: מעקב אחר תהליכי ייצור, הרכבות ואיכות. טיפול במסמכי איכות וייצור (COC / COA, דוחות בדיקה ותיעוד פרויקטים).

ממשקים פנימיים: עבודה צמודה מול צוותי הנדסה, לוגיסטיקה ואיכות להבטחת עמידה בסטנדרטים המחמירים של החברה.

ניהול נתונים: עבודה שוטפת וניהול תהליכים במערכות ERP / CRM

סורסינג: מעורבות באיתור ספקים ושותפי ייצור חדשים לטובת פרויקטים עתידיים.

Order Manager – Customers, Suppliers & Procurement: Raanana

About Us: Production-Floor Inc. is a strategic partner providing Full Turnkey manufacturing solutions in mechanics, optics, medical and motion for mission-critical industries. We manage the entire production lifecycle – from design and engineering to global delivery. As a fast-growing boutique technology firm (currently 8 employees with a target of 15), we offer a dynamic, international work environment based in Herzliya.

The Role & Positioning: We are seeking an experienced, systematic Order Manager to join our core operations team. This role serves as the critical link between customer requirements and our global procurement and production network. It is a "Hands-On" position requiring end-to-end responsibility, reporting directly to the Department Manager, and demanding operational precision within a multi-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Order Lifecycle Management: From receiving customer requests and preparing quotes to order entry and final delivery.
• Procurement & Expediting: Issuing purchase orders (POs) to suppliers and manufacturers in Israel and abroad (China, Eastern Europe), including rigorous delivery follow-ups and real-time problem-solving.
• Customer & Partner Relations: Daily coordination with customers (status updates and scheduling) and international production partners/factories.
• Control & Operations: Monitoring production processes, assemblies, and quality. Handling manufacturing and quality documentation (COC / COA, inspection reports, project documentation).
• Internal Interfaces: Working closely with Engineering, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure compliance with the company’s rigorous standards.
• Data Management: Managing routine processes within ERP / CRM systems.
• Sourcing: Involvement in identifying new suppliers and production partners for future projects.

• 2–8 years of experience in Customer/Supplier Management, Order Management, Office Operations, Tactical Procurement, or Production Coordination.
• Alternatively: Prior experience in Order Management and/or Procurement within an industrial, technical, or tech company (e.g., Defense, Medical, Robotics, etc.).
• Experience working with international suppliers and production partners – Significant Advantage.
• Technical understanding and the ability to work with drawings, BOMs, and specifications – Significant Advantage.
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with ERP / CRM systems.
• Organized, precise, personally accountable, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness for a hands-on role combining office work and operational "field" tasks.
