Project & Product Marketing Manager JB-5053

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project & Product Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Creative Studio and lead high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple regions. This role combines marketing strategy with operational execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing calendar across brands and regions, ensuring clear planning and execution

• Lead end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns, from brief to delivery, including seasonal campaigns and product launches

• Coordinate cross-functional teams such as Creative, UA, CRM, Social, and regional stakeholders

• Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment and on-time execution

• Track campaign performance and produce post-campaign reports with actionable insights

• Manage creative workflows, briefs, and task assignments to internal and external contributors

• Identify process gaps and improve workflows to increase efficiency and scalability

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing project management, product marketing, or campaign management

• Proven experience leading full-cycle marketing campaigns, not only coordinating tasks

• Strong understanding of key marketing channels including Paid, Organic, CRM, Social, and Events

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana, or Jira

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-regional environments

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently
