Become a Partner and Business Unit Manager with The Alternative Board (TAB) Israel, the world’s leading peer advisory and executive development platform. 🔹 What You Will Do

• Facilitate monthly peer advisory boards that drive business growth, accountability, and strategic clarity

• Deliver personalized executive coaching to business owners and senior managers

• Lead strategic workshops that strengthen leadership teams and accelerate managers

• Use TAB’s proprietary Blueprint platform to help clients define goals, close gaps, and execute strategy

• Build and grow a client base through high‑trust networking and referrals

• Operate your own TAB Business Unit with the support of TAB’s proven global systems, tools, and community
