Role Overview:
Lead complex technology projects in a dynamic financial environment, managing full lifecycle delivery from initiation through implementation. The role combines project leadership with strong business understanding and hands-on technical involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technology projects from initiation to production
- Translate business needs into technological solutions
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resources
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Identify risks and provide real-time solutions
- Support development and integration teams with hands-on technical involvement
- Handle complex technical issues and ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects
- Strong experience in financial / banking / payments environments
- Strong business understanding and system-level thinking
- Experience working with core systems and complex architectures
- Ability to work independently and lead processes proactively
- Strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English
