We are looking for an experienced SEO, GEO and Digital PR Manager to lead and scale our organic presence across multiple brands and markets.
What You’ll Do
• Own and execute end to end organic growth strategy across multiple brands
• Lead traditional and technical SEO including site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals and schema
• Develop and execute link building and Digital PR strategies to earn high quality backlinks
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers and industry publications
• Optimize for AI driven search, including GEO and AEO across platforms such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews
• Manage online reputation across review platforms and brand SERPs
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap analysis
• Collaborate with content and development teams to improve on page performance
• Define KPIs and build performance dashboards using GA4 and Search Console
• Continuously analyze performance and optimize for measurable ROI
• 5+ years of hands on SEO experience, including strong technical SEO
• Proven track record of ranking competitive keywords and scaling organic traffic
• Experience with Digital PR and high quality link acquisition
• Solid understanding of AI search landscape, GEO and AEO
• Experience with ORM and review management platforms
• Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4 and Search Console
• Strong analytical mindset and data driven decision making
• Excellent English, Spanish or Arabic is a strong advantage
