Tech Lead / Fullstack Developer (NestJS + React)

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join a stable company and take ownership of both architecture and development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small development team (3 developers – 1 in Israel, 2 offshore)

• Own end-to-end development: architecture, design, and hands-on coding

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Mentor and guide remote developers

• Work closely with the CEO

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues מול users and field agents

Requirements:

• ~5 years of development experience

• Strong experience with NestJS and React

• Proven experience working with production systems – חובה

• Experience with mid-scale systems (thousands of users)

• Strong ownership mindset and leadership capabilities

• Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving approach

A fintech platform providing payment services, billing, and mobile top-ups through physical kiosks, serving thousands of users.
