Supply Chain Expert

Mobileye is seeking a highly capable and driven Process Engineer for a maternity leave replacement role. We are looking for a fast learner with strong analytical thinking and a “big-picture mindset,” who can quickly step into a dynamic environment, take ownership, and deliver results under pressure.

What will your job look like:

• Take ownership of existing processes and ensure continuity, stability, and performance.
• Lead and execute process improvement and engineering projects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Legal, Sales, Projects Management).
• Interface directly with customers: present findings, address technical issues, and provide clear, professional communication.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Support ongoing production activities and resolve real-time issues .
  
  

• Experience in process engineering / manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience, including roles such as Project Manager or Product Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic (“big picture”) thinking.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly ramp up on complex systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers.
• Strong interest in AI.
• Fluent in English.
