What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an experienced, skilled, self-driven Legal Counsel to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience (combining top-tier law firm and in-house experience), and a strong background in the tech industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s day-to-day legal operations, handling a broad range of commercial matters, while also advising on general corporate, privacy, and other compliance issues. This position requires a business-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including partnerships, technology and SaaS agreements, marketing and vendor agreements, and other business-related contracts and documents.
• Provide ongoing legal support and practical advice to internal stakeholders across multiple functions and departments (Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, etc.).
• Advise on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance, privacy/data protection, and employment-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments globally (including the US, EU, and other key jurisdictions), and assess their impact on the company’s operations.
• Support the development and implementation of internal policies, compliance processes, and corporate governance frameworks.
  
  

• Qualified lawyer with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, ideally combining law firm and in-house experience in a fast-paced commercial or technology environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in commercial contracting (must).
• Experience with corporate, privacy/data protection, or employment law (advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
• Business-oriented approach with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
