We're hiring an R&D Engineer/Physicist 🚀 to join both our Waveguide and Bladerunner product teams.
If you enjoy working across physics, software, and real-world experimentation, this role is for you.
*What you'll do:*
🔹 Develop physics-based and numerical models (wave propagation, signal modeling, system optimization)
🔹 Execute and analyze field experiments on complex systems
🔹 Build and integrate solutions into Python-based systems and data pipelines
🔹 Translate real-world findings into product features
🔹 Work directly with customers, partners, and subcontractors
*What we're looking for:*
✔️ B.Sc. in Physics / Electrical Engineering / or related field - required
✔️ 3+ years of experience with Python - required
✔️ Experience running experiments on complex systems (industry experience preferred)
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Technically driven, independent, and an excellent communicator
✔️ Thrives in dynamic environments with varied, fast-moving work
*Nice to have:*
✨ Hands-on field experience (beyond lab work)
✨ Familiarity with manufacturing processes
✨ Interest in drones / aerial systems
