Senior Controller

We’re looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Controller to join a dynamic, fast-growing environment and take ownership of financial control, reporting, and business insights.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting expertise with a deep understanding of business operations, and is eager to drive impact across the organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership

• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Business Units)

• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and advisors

• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency across financial operations

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance – mandatory

• CPA – strong advantage

• 5+ years of experience in controlling / financial analysis

• Experience in a global company or high-growth environment – advantage

• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities

• Experience with ERP systems

• High level of English (written and spoken)

• Strong attention to detail with a business-oriented mindset
