Supply Chain Leader

We’re Hiring | Operations / Supply Chain

We’re looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Operations / Supply Chain professional to take full ownership of end-to-end planning and execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

This is a true hands-on role, designed for someone who thrives on execution, enjoys working with data, and wants to drive processes from strategy through delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Build accurate production forecasts in close collaboration with Sales and Management

• Synchronize operations across teams based on GANTT planning and demand forecasts

• Manage outsourcing activities with external production and packaging partners (production orders, scheduling, batch control)

• Analyze KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Own inventory management and procurement processes, including purchase orders for raw materials

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in Planning (PP&C), Supply Chain, or Project Management within a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Priority – strong advantage)

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail

• High proficiency in Excel and MS Office

• High-level English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience with Monday.com, AI tools, or data analysis tools

• Background in Industrial Engineering / Logistics
