Role Overview:
Operate and maintain monitoring and control systems, with responsibility for real-time incident tracking across IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. The role requires strong understanding of infrastructure, networking and control systems operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain monitoring and control systems
- Monitor and handle real-time infrastructure and system incidents
- Support ongoing NOC operations in enterprise environments
- Work with IT infrastructure, servers and virtual environments
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a NOC Operator
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Experience operating monitoring and control systems
- Familiarity with networking, server environments and VMs
- Experience with Windows and Windows Server
- Basic scripting knowledge
- Experience providing service in large organizations
