A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking Senior Medical Sales Representatives (KAMs) for multiple positions across various therapeutic areas, including hemato-oncology, cardiology, and endocrinology. The role involves leading activities around innovative products while working closely with key accounts.

Location: Multiple positions available across different regions in Israel

Responsibilities:

• Lead professional and scientific engagement with specialist physicians in hospitals and the community
• Conduct scientific discussions, deliver clinical updates, and promote company products
• Build and strengthen relationships with KOLs and leading physicians
• Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts and identify growth opportunities
• Participate in product launches and market preparation activities
• Initiate and lead professional events, conferences, and lectures
• Manage a geographic territory and achieve sales targets while working independently in the field

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences – mandatory
• Experience as a Medical Representative working with specialists / hospitals – mandatory
• Experience in oncology / hemato-oncology / working with specialists – a significant advantage
• Experience in account management / KAM or product launches – an advantage
• Strong scientific acumen and clinical understanding
• High-level English proficiency
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, business-oriented thinking, and ability to work independently
