Fashion Buyer

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and fashion‑driven Fashion Buyer to join our merchandising team.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing and developing our fashion collections, analyzing performance, planning inventory, and ensuring product availability that meets both business goals and customer demand.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a true passion for fashion and retail.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing and operating fashion collections.
• Analyzing sales performance by item, size, color, and quantity.
• Meeting gross profit (GP) targets.
• Issuing purchase orders and confirming delivery dates.
• Reviewing promotions, slow‑moving items, and weekly inventory turnover.
• Planning orders, including color and size breakdowns.
• Ensuring compliance with planograms and coordinating product arrivals accordingly.
• Providing accurate and complete information to procurement and maintaining ongoing follow‑up on orders.
• Working daily with computerized reports and internal data systems.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Buyer or Planner in a retail company – advantage
• Genuine passion for fashion and fast learning ability
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Commercial mindset and strong analytical skills
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• High proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Strong interpersonal communication, initiative, independence, and the ability to work across multiple interfaces
