Waxman Group is one of Israel’s leading project management and engineering companies, supporting some of the country’s largest and most complex construction and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end contracting process with project consultants – from issuing RFPs (Requests for Proposals) to finalizing agreements, including conducting negotiations when required.
- Maintain direct communication with company clients, consultants, and project management * teams.
- Track progress and manage timelines for all contracting activities within the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – (LL.B. – advantage).
- Experience working with similar interfaces/stakeholders – advantage.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure while maintaining high performance.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High motivation and willingness to take part in cross-company processes.
Location:
Office-based role in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the “Ben Gurion” light rail station.
