Crm Dynamics Project Manager & Systems Analyst 5392

We are looking for a key player to lead our enterprise CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics. This role involves full end-to-end responsibility for project management and systems analysis within a complex business environment.

• Project Leadership: Leading CRM projects from initiation through characterization, development, and implementation to Go-Live—ensuring adherence to timelines and scope.
• Process Analysis: Analyzing existing processes within a central CRM system, identifying gaps, and spearheading systemic solutions.
• Documentation: Writing comprehensive and complex design documents (High-Level & Detailed Design), including:
• Functional characterization
• System integrations (interface design)
• Data models and ERD diagrams
• Stakeholder Management: Ongoing collaboration with lead business units to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements.
• Development Lifecycle: Leading and managing work interfaces while providing full oversight of the development and testing (QA) processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience writing complex design documents (HLD & LLD) specifically for Dynamics CRM 365.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing and leading technological projects.
• Technical Expertise: Deep technical understanding of Dynamics (entities, processes, integrations, and system limitations).
• Soft Skills: High level of independence, professional leadership, and end-to-end accountability.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to drive cross-functional interfaces.
• Environment: Experience working in large-scale organizations within multi-process and multi-interface environments.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Financial, Long-term Savings, or Insurance sectors – Significant Advantage.
• Education: Academic degree or a certified Systems Analysis course – Advantage.
