A leading company is seeking an experienced Lab Manager (Wet Chemistry) to oversee the professional and operational management of the laboratory, its team, and day‑to‑day activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the laboratory team
• Implement SOPs, work methods, and quality standards
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers
• Collaborate with suppliers, regulators, and other external partners
• Develop new analytical methods and optimize existing processes
• Prepare and maintain protocols, reports, and documentation
• Manage laboratory budget, maintenance, and daily operations
• Lead audits, inspections, and external visits

🔹 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or Biotechnology — must
• Proven managerial experience in a laboratory environment — must
• Hands‑on experience in lab operations and workflow management
• Experience in method development in chemistry/environmental quality
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and independent work capabilities
• Excellent English and full proficiency in MS Office
