About the Role
Bria is hiring a Senior Marketing Leader to lead marketing as a strategic, revenue-aligned operating system.
This role is designed for a hands-on marketing leader who has built brand-led growth engines, understands how categories are created, and knows how to translate deep technical differentiation into commercial impact. A strong engineering background or experience marketing developer tools, APIs, infrastructure, or AI/ML products is highly preferred. This role requires someone who is genuinely comfortable with technical content and can engage credibly with both engineering and business buyers.
The person will be a core member of the leadership team and will report to the President & Chief Business Officer, working closely with BizDev, Product, and Sales.

The Senior Marketing Leader will step into a clear mandate, defined budget, and an established strategic blueprint, and will be responsible for executing and scaling the system with rigor and focus — in a deeply hands-on capacity.
What You Will Do
Brand and Category Leadership
- Own Bria's category narrative and brand positioning, establishing the company as the reference standard for controllable, deployable, enterprise-grade visual AI.
- Design and execute category-building programs including PR, analyst relations, executive thought leadership, and ecosystem positioning — including hands-on drafting of briefings, content, and outreach.
- Ensure consistent reinforcement of Bria's message hierarchy across all channels and assets.
- Build brand equity that compounds and materially accelerates sales cycles.
Demand Generation
- Build and operate a focused portfolio of demand engines across partners, field marketing, warm demand, organic, and ecosystem-led motions.
- Generate a predictable flow of qualified opportunities aligned with sales priorities and target ICPs.
- Reduce dependency on founder-led sales by institutionalizing demand generation.
- Own pipeline contribution, efficiency metrics, and visibility into ROI by engine.
Product Marketing
- Translate Bria's technical depth into clear, credible commercial value propositions — for both technical buyers (engineers, ML teams, CTOs) and business buyers (marketing, creative, and product leaders).
- Own messaging, positioning, website conversion, sales enablement, and proof assets — and be willing to write and produce them directly.
- Increase conversion rates, win rates, and deal velocity through clarity and risk reduction.
- Support expansion and product-led or low-touch motions where applicable.
Strategy and Operations
- Run marketing as a predictable, measurable operating system.
- Own planning, prioritization, and execution cadence across the marketing org.
- Manage an annual marketing budget with clear ROI accountability.
- Define dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Build and scale the marketing organization (~3 direct reports) as the company grows.

Requirements
Experience
- 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience in technology companies.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership or team lead role (Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing, or equivalent).
- Proven hands-on ownership of campaigns, messaging, and pipeline metrics — not just oversight.
- Demonstrated ownership of an annual marketing budget.
- Track record of contributing materially to pipeline and revenue targets.
Domain and GTM Expertise
- Strong background in SaaS, software infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, open-source, or platform businesses.
- Strong preference for candidates with an engineering background or significant experience at a company that sells to developers or technical buyers.
- Hands-on experience with B2B, PLG, and PLS motions.
- Experience marketing to enterprise buyers, technical decision-makers, and product companies.
Brand and Category Leadership
- 3+ years leading brand strategy, positioning, and narrative development.
- Demonstrated experience in category creation or category leadership, including PR, analyst relations, and executive thought leadership.
- Track record of building brand equity that measurably impacts pipeline, deal velocity, or win rates.
Demand Generation
- 3+ years owning demand generation in B2B environments.
- Hands-on experience building and operating multiple demand engines (partners, field marketing, warm demand, organic, ecosystem).
- Proven ability to generate predictable, qualified pipeline and reduce dependency on founder-led or opportunistic sales.
- Experience managing demand efficiency metrics (SQLs, CAC, payback, pipeline contribution).
Product Marketing
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology companies.
- Ownership of messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and proof assets — with ability to produce them directly.
- Demonstrated impact on conversion rates, win rates, and pipeline velocity.
- Experience translating complex technical products into clear, credible commercial value.
Leadership and Operating Skills
- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution discipline and a bias for getting things done hands-on.
- Comfortable being the most senior marketer in a growth-stage environment.
- Native-level English required.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
