Dolav Plastic Products is looking for an experienced and driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our ENVAION Business Unit, focused on advanced Lithium Battery Safety Packaging solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing, innovation-driven market, combining technical expertise with strong business acumen to shape product strategy, drive market impact, and support global growth.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Act as a key partner to Sales, providing technical expertise, product positioning, and customer-facing support
• Translate complex technical features into clear value propositions in a consultative sales environment
• Serve as the primary interface between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct customer visits and lead technical discussions to gather insights and translate them into product solutions
• Drive product strategy by identifying market needs, opportunities, and growth areas
• Develop business cases for new product initiatives and investments
• Lead product lifecycle activities, from concept through commercialization
• Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and product positioning
• Establish and implement standard processes to support product and operational excellence

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Product Marketing Management, including product lifecycle management
• Background in Battery Logistics, Dangerous Goods, or Packaging solutions – a strong advantage
• Strong technical orientation with the ability to engage in technical discussions
• Experience in consultative, solution-driven environments
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

➕ Nice to Have

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations (UN / ADR / North America)
• Experience in Lithium battery handling, safety, or recycling
