Overview

We are searching for a Head of Strategic Professional Services Operations to build and lead a global function responsible for the operating model, governance, and performance of a large-scale Professional Services organization.

This is a high-impact leadership role, working closely with executive leadership, focused on enabling scalable, efficient, and high-quality delivery across a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Professional Services operating model
• Define and implement frameworks, processes, and standards across the services lifecycle
• Lead Delivery Governance
• Establish and manage governance mechanisms to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality
• Drive Portfolio Performance
• Oversee project portfolio health, identify risks early, and drive corrective actions
• Capacity & Resource Management
• Define and manage utilization, capacity planning, and resource allocation at scale
• Deal-to-Delivery Handover
• Ensure strong alignment between sales and delivery, with clear readiness for project execution
• Financial Performance & Visibility
• Partner with Finance to track revenue, margins, and forecast accuracy across services
• Reporting & Insights
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into delivery performance, risks, and trends
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Work closely with Professional Services, PMO, Finance, and Product to drive alignment and execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations / Delivery Operations / Services Excellence within a SaaS born in Cloud environment
• Strong background in delivery governance, project portfolio management, and services performance
• Experience building and scaling operating models in global organizations
• Deep understanding of capacity planning, utilization, and services financials
• Ability to operate at senior leadership level and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Hands-on, execution-driven with a strong focus on structure, processes, and impact
