Assistant Controller

Dolav Plastic Products, a leading global industrial company, is looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Controller to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports
• Lead monthly reporting processes (cash flow, international subsidiaries, and management reports)
• Manage daily cash flow activities and banking relationships
• Perform analytical financial analysis and ongoing business reviews
• Work closely with bank supervision bodies and tax authorities
• Prepare annual tax reports
• Support the annual budgeting process and perform budget vs. actual analysis
• Collaborate with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – mandatory
• Prior experience as an Assistant Controller in an industrial company – advantage
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
• High level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Experience with accounting systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team, take ownership, and demonstrate a proactive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
