The Role: Leadership & Strategic Impact

We are looking for a Cyber Security Professional with a leadership spirit to head our technical team and serve as the strategic bridge for our most critical clients.

This is a high-impact, hybrid role. You are a technical authority capable of diving into complex architectures, but you are also a relationship builder who thrives on the human side of the business. You know how to sit with C-level executives, build trust, and translate cutting-edge technology into tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities: Where You’ll Lead

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of 3 Technical Account Managers. You will foster a high-performance culture, providing coaching on both technical delivery and client relationship excellence.
• Strategic Account Ownership: Serve as the executive point of contact for our most critical accounts. You aren't just managing a ticket; you own the relationship, drive retention, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Technical Consultation & Strategy: Leverage your deep IT and Cyber background to translate client needs into actionable technical strategies. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising on best practices within diverse and complex environments.
• The Technical Bridge: Simplify complex security concepts for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining high-level professional discourse with IT Directors and CISOs.

Who You Are

• Cyber Security Backbone: 5+ years of hands-on experience in professional Cybersecurity roles.
• Deep Technical Proficiency: Proven background in IT infrastructure, Networking, Firewalls, EDR, SaaS security, and Cloud environments. You must be comfortable "talking shop" with technical stakeholders at the highest level.
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring a team. You know how to motivate people, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead by example.
• Relationship Master: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building long-term trust with stakeholders ranging from System Admins to CISOs.
• Communication Excellence: Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal). You have the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
• Proactive Mindset: A natural problem-solver with a curiosity for emerging technologies and a drive to deliver "Peace of Mind" to every client.
