Legal Counsel, Commercial

We are looking for an experienced, business-oriented Commercial Legal Counsel to join the Legal team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership, capable of leading their work independently, exercising sound judgment, and confidently handling complex, high-impact matters. The candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and demonstrating a proactive, accountable approach with broad shoulders and a high level of responsibility.

What am I going to do?:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide variety of commercial contracts, including agreements concerning technological purchase, SaaS, AI vendors, marketing, production, sponsorship, license, affiliates, partnerships, influencers, order forms, and related documents with suppliers, business partners, and customers.
• Provide ongoing legal support to multiple departments, business units, and subsidiaries within the organization to facilitate Fiverr’s day-to-day business activities.
• Coordinate with various teams in commercial contracting matters to support Fiverr’s policies and procedures.
• Create, maintain, and improve standard templates, business processes, and internal policies.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice, and recommendations to various stakeholders on various legal and business issues, disputes, and ongoing legal risk assessment.
• Special projects as assigned from time to time.
  
  

Requirements:

• A bachelor's law degree from a leading academic faculty, and qualification to practice law in Israel.
• 4-6 years of experience in a high-tech company legal department or a high-tech/commercial department of a leading law firm with a strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and rendering ongoing advice with respect to a variety of business activities.
• Significant experience in drafting commercial agreements, and ability to draft, negotiate and finalize agreements independently.
• English at a native level, as most of the work is conducted in English.
