A leading global digital advertising technology company and agency is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior PPC Campaign Manager to join our high-performing team in Tel Aviv.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to own high-impact campaigns, drive performance across multiple platforms, and contribute directly to our clients’ business growth. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management, offering significant visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across diverse clients and industries.
- Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, and other channels.
- Continuously optimize budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI and exceed campaign goals.
- Lead real-time analysis, A/B testing, and ongoing optimizations based on actionable insights.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, applying innovative strategies to campaigns.
- Deliver detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, technical, and analytics teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience (agency or brand-side) with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with campaign data, attribution models, and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance measurement platforms.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for digital marketing innovation, performance growth, and paid media excellence.
