Product Manager

ZyG is revolutionizing eCommerce with the first Agentic Operating System for eCom scale.

This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing.

With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale.

The Role

This is our first PM hire. You’ll lead an internal squad and take ownership of a vertical end-to-end - from strategy and roadmap through delivery and iteration. You’ll own the systems that power how we produce, manage, analyze, and scale creative across all of our brands.

You’ll work directly with the CPO as a thought partner, alongside a tech lead and as part of R&D squads. Your users are our internal teams - creative strategists, UA managers, and brand operators - who are shifting from manual workflows to AI-augmented ones. 70% hands-on execution, 30% strategy.

What You'll Do

• Own a product vertical end-to-end - roadmap, prioritization, specs, and delivery.
• Sit with the internal teams who use your product - creative strategists, UA managers, brand operators - and understand their actual workflow. What do they do today with spreadsheets and native ad platforms? What does our product need to replace? What carries over to an agentic workflow and what needs to be replaced.
• Design systems that learn from their own output. Performance data should feed back into generation, so the platform compounds - not just scales.
• Work with the tech lead to make scope decisions, resolve tradeoffs, and keep sprints moving. Earn trust through competence, not title.
• Prototype and create V0s on your own - validate ideas and build working demos before engineering writes a line of code.
• Connect your vertical to the broader ZyG engine: UA agents, campaign management, stores, retention, and data infrastructure.
  
  

• 4 years + as a PM in tech, with at least one role where you owned a product area (not just features) and shipped it.
• Strong technical foundation. Either hands-on experience as a developer or a formal background in software engineering.
• Systems thinker - you see how components connect, where data flows, and what breaks at scale. You can whiteboard architecture, not just user stories.
• Comfortable deciding without perfect data. You gather signal fast, form a view, and adjust. You don’t hide behind “it depends.”
• Credible with engineers. You understand APIs, data models, and system design well enough for real tradeoff conversations.
• User-obsessed. You sit with internal operators, understand their pain, and build for their actual workflow - not for PRDs.
• AI-native. You use AI in your own work and have opinions about what it can and can’t do well today.
  
  

• Experience in performance marketing, creative production, or ad tech - you understand what makes ads work and why platforms reward creative diversity.
• DTC / eCommerce experience - you know the funnel from ad click to retention.
• Built AI-powered products (not just used AI tools) - feedback loops, quality scoring, human-in-the-loop.
