A leading and stable financial company with significant activity and strong market presence is looking for an accounting team lead. The role includes hands-on involvement in reporting, cash flow management, and ongoing work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 3 accountants

• Responsibility for financial reporting (IFRS)

• Cash flow management and ongoing financial operations

• Handling tax-related matters

• Supporting agreements and working with external parties

• Ongoing work with banks, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Preparing management reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Big 4 background – advantage

• Experience in finance / investments / financial environments

• Managerial experience or proven leadership capabilities
